is an international advisor to NTTP-I. He is Research Assistant Professor and Associate Director of the Peace Accords Matric (PAM) at the Kroc Institute of International Peace Studies, University of Notre Dame, USA. The PAM provides reliable and comparable online data on more than 30 recent peace accords and their implementation.
Dr. Joshi holds a Ph.D. from University of North Texas, USA (2010). His research focuses on civil wars, post-civil war transition and survival of democracy, post-civil war peacebuilding, the role of third parties in the conflict process, and the Maoist insurgency in Nepal. His articles have appeared in International Studies Quarterly, Social Science Quarterly, Democratization, the Journal of Peace Research, and Asian Survey.
